2026 Engaged Retreat

Our annual Engaged Retreat will be held Tuesday, May 19- Wednesday, May 20 in Scottsdale, Arizona. We will kick off our Retreat with Dinner on Monday night.

This year, our Retreat will be led by Lacey Haegen, a Business and Leadership Coach.

This retreat is designed for owners who are carrying real weight — the decisions, the people, the complexity, and the responsibility that comes with leading at a high level. Over two intentional days, we will slow the pace just enough to sharpen clarity, elevate decision quality, and recalibrate how you lead when the stakes are high. This is not technical training or a marketing strategy. It’s leadership discernment — examining how you relate to your business, your money, your team, and yourself so that the choices you make next are grounded, aligned, and sustainable.

We’ll explore leadership patterns and dynamics, money behavior and decision-making, and the often-unspoken tensions that shape culture, growth, and burnout. Expect depth without heaviness, structure without rigidity, and conversations that help you hear what you already know — but haven’t had space to articulate. You’ll leave with clearer priorities, steadier confidence, and a renewed sense of how to lead forward while building yourself up in the process.

This Retreat is for Engaged Owners only! Key personnel and managers are NOT a good fit for this event.

Each owner must purchase their own ticket.

The ticket price includes the education and meals.
Lodging is not included in the ticket price.
